Can I just get a logo?

Your brand is more than just a logo—it’s an emotional connection—and your business and brand deserves more than a single file. Your brand is made up of your vision, your values, your voice, and your visuals; all together these make up the essence of who you are. I prefer to work with businesses that would like to build the strategy around their brand in order to start attracting ideal clients.

 

What are your prices?

My price points are listed on my website so you can know in advance what the typical investment will be. Design makes a big impact on your business, from building stronger connections with your audience to conveying the quality of what you do. Working with a designer is an investment in your business, so that value is reflected in my pricing.

 

What is the difference between your branding package and graphic design services?

Branding includes a full brand discovery and research process that helps us define and establish your brand strategy, including custom brand guidelines and implementation guidance. Graphic design services are for brands or businesses that have already established their branding and are looking for support in other capacities, such as social media templates, marketing collateral, and presentation creation.

 

Are you booking new clients?

I truly love working with new clients and collaborating with new businesses. If you’re looking for branding, website or design services, please know that I book out 2 months in advance, so please reach out so we can set up a call to chat about your project.

 

What are my responsibilities as a client? 

This is very much a partnership! Once you have signed the contract we’ll have our project kick-off call, and based on the project deliverables you will have some homework to do such as answering a questionnaire or providing any assets necessary to begin your project. Throughout our time working together, you will be responsible for reviewing and providing feedback where noted in our project timeline.

 

How can we work together?

Once you fill out the contact form, I’ll reach out so we can set up our ~30 minute discovery call to talk through your project and see if we’re a good fit. After that, you will receive a proposal to review with a project start date that is reserved for you for 5 days. Upon signature of contract and initial deposit received, we’ll set up a project kickoff meeting; this is to talk through project deliverables, answer any upfront questions and ensure an understanding of what your responsibilities are. We’ll have consistent communication via email and pre-scheduled zoom meetings (if needed) for review times.
